DEMOLITION ACTIVITIES

  • Selective Demolition is currently underway. Contractors are in the process of removing the old systems, including flooring, ceilings, piping, ductwork, conduit and lighting, to help clear the way for the new systems to be put in place.  You can now see the exposed structure of the building.  





​BIDDING ACTIVITY

  • A pre-bid was held on September 30th for contractors to learn about the project and walk the building in preparation for submitting their bids.
